Our Story

Simply Listed Right began with a chance meeting and a big idea. Beckett Colee and Joey Green met while working a door-to-door sales job in Maine, only to discover they were both from the same hometown—St. Augustine, Florida. Small world, right?

That job taught them valuable lessons, but it also sparked a realization: they wanted to build something bigger. After facing some of the inevitable “contingencies” that come with sales jobs, they decided to take a leap of faith. They packed up, left Maine, and moved to South Florida with a clear goal: to create something meaningful and lasting.

The idea for Simply Listed Right didn’t happen overnight. It grew out of Beckett’s early experiences helping realtors with their listings. Since high school—starting at just 17—he’d been working with realtors, learning the ins and outs of the process. Joey saw the potential in the idea, and with their combined vision and drive, they decided to turn it into a business.
